Winter Training

Our winter program is a highly unique mix of fun activities. The program consists of 3 components: week night training sessions, Futsal, and Athletic Performance training. Many professional players have attributed their skills to such activities. As a result we see improved play in the outdoor seasons.

Athletic Performance training is run by a professional sports medicine and physical therapy firm. They customize a program specifically for LASC and bring their knowledge directly to our teams. These sessions provide our players with core exercises to improve speed, power, flexibility, agility, and balance.
