Our winter program is a highly unique mix of fun activities. The program consists of 3 components: week night training sessions with a professional trainer, weekly sessions with our specialized training partner HOLAthlete and optional Indoor/3v3 play. Many professional players have attributed their skills to such activities. As a result we see improved play in the outdoor seasons.
HOLAthlete will provide our teams with specialized soccer training focusing on Mobility & Dynamic Warm-ups, Core & Hip Strength, Ball Manipulation & SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) w/ the ball. Our players will receive focused training complimenting ball skill work along while cleaning up mechanics, teaching them how to become more efficient athletes and building to a new level of performance.
