Our winter program is a highly unique mix of fun activities. The program consists of 3 components: week night training sessions with a professional trainer, weekly strength and conditioning sessions with our DOT, and optional Indoor/3v3 play.
Our DOT will provide our teams with specialized soccer training focusing on Mobility & Dynamic Warm-ups, Core & Hip Strength, Ball Manipulation & SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) w/ the ball. Our players will receive focused training complimenting the technical training they will experience in their weekly team practices.
