Hometown and Country - Sheffield, England

Coaching Qualifications -  Curtis currently holds FA Qualifications in the UK and is studying at the University of South Wales to earn his BSc (Hons) in Football Coaching, Development and Administration. 

Coaching/Playing Experience - 
He has an extensive coaching and management background and also played both professionally and semi-professionally in the UK. He has 12 years of experience in coaching soccer at all competition levels. He has worked in schools, summer camps, travel clubs, at the Professional Academy of the Sheffield United Football Club and was also the head coach of the Men's team at The University of Sheffield.

Personal Tidbit - 
Still continues to play soccer at all levels to keep healthy and fit as well as willing to try any and all sports. His dream job was to do what he loves and to get paid for it at the same time and he is living that dream here at LASC now. Curtis worked many years towards an opportunity and will do everything he can to help any player or person reach their goals. He is a DREAMER.

Coaching/Playing Experience – 4 years playing Varsity at Blue Mountain HS; 4 years playing at Trinity International University- NAIA Division 1- captain Senior Year; 1 year coaching with OnGoal Soccer Organization, 1 year Head Soccer Coach at Bannockburn Middle School; 9 years as the Varsity Assistant Girls Soccer Coach at Grayslake North HS; 9 years coaching at LASC 

Personal Tidbit – Sarah has been coaching with LASC for 9 years!  She loves the game of soccer and is passionate about working with the kids, parents, and the community of LASC!

Coaching Qualifications - Head JV Coach for Boys and Girls Soccer at Zion-Benton Township High School

Coaching/Playing Experience
 - Vasily played club soccer for the Chicago Sockers for a number of years and was a 4 year varsity soccer player at Wilmot Union High School. He won multiple All-Conference awards and won Conference Player of the Year my Senior Year of high school. Also, he scored a record 71 goals total in my varsity high school career. Vasily received a scholarship to play college soccer at Trinity International University where he won All-Conference, Offensive Player of the Year, and MVP awards.

Personal Tidbit
 - Vasily currently work in sales but has a passion for soccer and Ihas followed Liverpool FC since he was a teenager. This year he had the experience of a lifetime and got to visit Liverpool and watch them play Manchester United at Anfield where Liverpool won 2-0. Soccer has been a huge part of his life and he wants to pass on my knowledge and passion for the sport on to the next generation of athletes

Danielle Moritz

Coaching/Playing Experience
 -  Danielle Moritz begins her fifth season at Trinity in 2020, after serving one season as an assistant coach at Houghton (N.Y.) College. Prior to beginning her coaching career, Moritz played four years at Houghton, and was a member of the program's NAIA Tournament qualifying team in 2011. Moritz was also part of three straight NCCAA Tournament appearances for Houghton, including a semifinal run in 2014. Moritz helped lead the Highlanders to a 16-6-2 overall record, as Houghton claimed its first-ever NCCAA national championship, allowing just one goal over six matches throughout their NCCAA Tournament run.
During her collegiate years, Moritz gained coaching experience while serving on two international sports ministry mission trips to Brazil; the first being with the women's soccer team at Houghton, and the second as a member of the Chicago Eagles Summer Academy. In May of 2016, she traveled to Austria and Romania on a second trip with the soccer team at Houghton as the assistant coach. Since joining TIU, she's also participated in four international trips with the women's team to both Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.

Personal Tidbit (About Me) 
- Danielle grew up in Buffalo, New York roughly 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium; She has been a die-hard fan her entire life! Her favorite memories while growing up were Sundays; her family would go to church then come home and my entire extended family would come over to our house for lunch and then they would all sit around the television and watch the Bills game together!

Mikaela Meechan

Hometown/Country -  Southend On Sea ( Just outside of London) 
Coaching Qualifications - UEFA C , WFA & US Goalkeeping level 1, National F 

Playing/Coaching Experience
 -Mikaela played for many years starting off as a goalkeeper until U14 she then never got that next growth spurt so sheI went on to play in the 7/11 role. She has 5 years working in the United States working for AYSO 300 in Lagrange for 5 months working with their extra 2008 boys and girls teams. She then spent a year in Connecticut at South Windsor soccer club working with a variety of teams and ages in the program. While being there she helped develop a new curriculum for their new u4 and u6 program as well as developing the u8-u13 programme curriculum. Mikaela also started up a disability program. For the last 3 years, She has been working in Pittsburgh with a variety of clubs and ages as well as abilities from club soccer (hotspurs) to travel and rec.  She was also the head coach of Pine Richland middle school team for the last 2 years. 
Personal Tidbit (about you) - She is currently in her 3rd and final year of university is am studying football coach and business administration. She loves to travel and has been to 16 different countries and 26 states but mostly loves to play and watch rugby and soccer especially her team West Ham United.She is also a big cubs fan and loves to watch them, unfortunately, she is a steelers sorry bears fans!

Scott Watson


Hometown/Country - Beith, Scotland

Coaching Qualifications - 1.3 Youth/Adult Sfa, 1.3 Goalkeeping License Sfa, Currently doing UEFA C License & enrolled at the University of South Wales completing a MA for Leadership in Sport

Coaching/Playing experience - Played as a goalkeeper since the age of 8 for a local boys club team representing the west of Scotland regional development team & North Ayshire School's team. Started playing semi-professional soccer at 17. Coaching since 16. I have many years of experience, including being a head coach for Beith Juniors Girls (U13) and Garnock Academy Girls (U12). Additionally, I was a Goalkeeper coach for Renfrew (U13). 

Personal Tidbit - Any chance I get when not playing or coaching, I love to watch the team I support, St Mirren. I also love trying any sport and going on hikes with my dog, Murray.
